• Pickup Point? 📦 Your package will be held at the chosen pickup point for 7 days. After that, the package will be returned 🚨! If your package has been delivered to a pickup point and you do not collect it on time, the costs for returning it to Popshop (equal to the shipping costs; for "Free shipping", the return costs are €5.95) and possibly resending it will be at your own expense. A package will also go to a Pickup Point if you were not home at the time of home delivery. Ensure timely collection to avoid return costs. Keep a close eye on your tracking yourself. After shipping, you will always receive tracking and shipping information. Also check your spam!
  
  
• Problem at the pickup point: Contact us by replying to your order confirmation, and we will look into it with you. Do this as soon as possible to avoid any returns.
