Article 1 | Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement concluded between Popshop and the consumer. By entering into an agreement with Popshopkawaii.nl, you agree to these general terms and conditions. Deviations from these conditions are only possible if Popshop has agreed to this in writing.

In this case, "agreement" refers to placing an order, accepting an offer, requesting a quote, etc.

Article 2 | Price and product
All products on Popshopkawaii.nl are accurately described. If there are any ambiguities, you can contact Popshop: popshopkawaii@outlook.com. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The final shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process. Popshopkawaii.nl is entitled to make price changes at any time.

Article 3 | Warranty
All items sold at Popshop are of good quality. The products on the site are described as thoroughly as possible. If problems arise with the products you ordered, you can contact Popshop: popshopkawaii@outlook.com

Article 4 | Delivery and execution
Popshop will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the entrepreneur. As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct address.
The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders with due speed, but no later than 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated representative known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Article 5 | Payment
Payment at Popshop can be made via iDeal, various Credit Cards, PayPal, Bancontact, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay!

Article 6 | Complaints
If you have any complaints, you can always contact Popshop. A suitable solution will always be sought for your problem.

Article 7 | Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your order by sending an email to popshopkawaii@outlook.com with the subject "Return". You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order if you are dissatisfied. Please note that the shipping costs will then be at your own expense. You are responsible for properly packaging and sending the product. In addition, the product must not show any signs of use. If the product is not returned properly, Popshop cannot reimburse the costs of this product.

Popshop has the right to cancel orders that have not been placed in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
